"Issue Spot is the public policy blog of the Boston Bar Association. We focus on issues relating to access to justice and legal advocacy in a variety of forums including the state and federal courts. A nonpartisan organization, we make our views known by filing amicus briefs, commenting on pending legislation and legislative proposals at both the state and federal level. We also propose legislation. Issue Spot anticipates and articulates the principled rationale for our public policy positions."
