"A forum for discussion of important, current issues in criminal law and procedure, a place to announce upcoming programs, cases, legislative initiatives, and policy changes, as well as a vehicle for encouraging creative law reform to promote a fair and ethical criminal process. The Pace Criminal Justice Center (PCJC) is an academic criminal law center in New York State. Accordingly, the blog will be sure to address issues, events, cases, and publications that are particularly applicable to New York State’s criminal process. At the same time, coverage will also include national, international, and comparative criminal justice issues, analyzed by experts in the field."
