Anthony Clark Arend

Author: Anthony Clark Arend is a professor of government and foreign service at Georgetown University and the director of the Master of Science in Foreign Service program in the Walsh School of Foreign Service. He is co-founder of the Institute for International Law & Politics at Georgetown and served as co-director of the Institute from 2003-2008. He is also an adjunct professor of law at the Georgetown University Law Center.
