Author: Author Howard J. Bashman is an appellate attorney in Willow Grove, Pa. He appears regularly before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and Pennsylvania’s state appellate courts. His boutique firm is called the Law Offices of Howard J. Bashman. He also writes a monthly column for the Legal Intelligencer and writes On Appeal, a weekly column.
