Baker, a partner at Steptoe & Johnson in Washington, D.C.; Eugene Volokh's brother Sasha Volokh, a professor at Emory University; William Baude is a law professor at the University of Chicago; Eugene Kontorovich is a law professor at Northwestern University; and Nita A. Farahany is a law professor at Duke University.
