  • BabyBarista

    "Serving coffee for the rich and powerful—a junior's view." An admittedly fictional diary of a junior barrister at the English bar. It was a sensation from the start, and the London Times picked it up within months of its launch. It’s part soap opera and part snark from an author who’s cheesed off with the legal profession.

  • Balkinization

    "Balkinization an unanticipated consequence of Jack M. Balkin." This blawg focuses on constitutional, First Amendment and civil liberties issues.

  • Bankruptcy Law Network

    Bankruptcy Law Network has information about bankruptcy laws and credit problems for the general public.

  • Bitter Lawyer

    Some posts are short "webisodes" of Living the Dream, a scripted comedy series centered around Nick Conley, a BigLaw associate. Accompanying blog posts describe the real-life inspirations behind each webisode.
