Author: Donna Wentworth is lead author of a group that also includes several lawyers (such as Ernest Miller, a Yale Law School graduate who helped found the school's Law and Technology Society). Wentworth was formerly a staff member of the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard Law School. She is currently a marketing writer for Google.
