A former EEOC trial attorney and partner in a management law firm, he founded the training company ELI in 1986 to help clients "translate values into behaviors and reduce legal and ethical risk." He was a founding co-chair of the ABA's Compliance Training and Communication Subcommittee and serves on the editorial board for Workforce Management magazine.
