Author: Karen is a Massachusetts attorney currently working part-time in a “nontraditional” position for the Office of the General Counsel at the Massachusetts Department of Social Services, where she coordinates an internal multidisciplinary advisory board which reviews recent case law and suggests policy changes and practice improvements.
