Mr. District Attorney
"Random musings on life, the law, and life in the criminal law by an assistant prosecutor."
Author: "Mr. District Attorney" is a male prosecutor in the "upper Midwest." As he puts it: "I've been a lawyer for 17 years and an assistant prosecutor for 16. I spent the first year out of law school working for our intermediate appellate court before coming to this semi-rural county where I have been ever since. I have done just about everything there is to do in our office, from misdemeanor and juvenile cases to felony drug prosecutions to murder trials to appeals. I've had cases in all our county courts, both our intermediate appellate court and our state supreme court, the federal district court, and our federal circuit court of appeals."
