Author: Nancy Rapoport, a former law school dean, is a law professor at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Her specialties are bankruptcy ethics, ethics in governance, and the depiction of lawyers in popular culture. In her spare time, she competes in international Latin and standard dance contests. She also contributes to MoneyLaw.
