    "An irreverent yet poignant look at the civil justice system." The Pop Tort takes a witty, clever and irresistibly irreverent ap­proach to otherwise weighty consumer advocacy issues. Launched in January, it’s also the Center for Justice & Democracy’s latest riposte to the tort reform movement.

  • Drug and Device Law

    "Personal views of various topics that arise in the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device product liability litigation." These BigLaw lawyer-authors pick apart rulings and explore issues common to their niche and also regularly post on the relative value of blawgging.

  • Bitter Lawyer

    Some posts are short "webisodes" of Living the Dream, a scripted comedy series centered around Nick Conley, a BigLaw associate. Accompanying blog posts describe the real-life inspirations behind each webisode.
