Notice by the board of elections
Pursuant to § 6.3 of the ABA’s Constitution, the state of Virginia will elect a State Delegate to fill a vacancy due to the nomination of Roderick B. Matthews to the Board of Governors. The term commences immediately upon certification by the Board of Elections and expires at the conclusion of the 2007 Annual Meeting.
