NOTICE BY THE SECRETARY OF THE ABA REGARDING MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP
This is to notify members of the American Bar Association that the meeting of the membership will be held in conjunction with the Coffee with the Candidates Forum, Sunday, August 2, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency Chicago Hotel, Crystal Ballroom B, Green Level, West Tower, in Chicago, Illinois.
NOTICE BY THE SECRETARY OF THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION REGARDING BOARD OF GOVERNORS VACANCY
The resignation of Alice A. Bruno of New Britain, Connecticut, a member of the Board of Governors from District 2, has created a vacancy on the Board of Governors for the 2014-2017 term. Pursuant to ยง 7.4 of the Constitution, the unexpired term for this vacancy position shall be filled by an eligible member of the Association selected by the members of the House of Delegates in the district in which the vacancy exists. All nominees must be accredited to the following states of District 2: Connecticut, Massachusetts and Michigan. If you would like to become a nominee or wish to nominate someone accredited to District 2, nominations may be made by mail or email to the Office of the Secretary, c/o Leticia D. All nominations must be received no later than Friday, September 18, 2015, 5:00 p.m. (CT).
