The percentage of legal malpractice liability insurance companies that offer a discount on rates or some other financial incentive to law firms that use an automated court rules-based calendaring system. Yet 88% of insurers surveyed believe such systems are important to reducing the risk of calendaring errors in litigation, and 67% of them inquire whether a law firm uses such a system before writing the firm’s policy.
