Corrected: Rejected for representation by an Indianapolis law firm after completing an intake form, a would-be client allegedly became furious Monday afternoon and started a fistfight when the unidentified firm refused to return his paperwork.

Guillermo Trujillo had been assured by law office manager William Gutierrez that he would not be charged for the visit after the two discussed a possible representation that was declined by a supervisor of Gutierrez, the Indianapolis Star reported, relying on information from a city police report.

However, Trujillo became furious when Gutierrez, citing office policy, refused to return his paperwork. Trujillo then started a physical fight, the newspaper recounts.

As the two careened through the office, smashing a vase and crashing through interior drywall, bit Gutierrez several times, according to the police report. An unidentified business partner brought the fight to an end, reportedly hitting Trujillo several times on the torso and ordering him to stop biting.

Trujillo was charged with criminal mischief, battery and battery by bodily waste.
