Interesting article and lots of helpful pointers on issues anyone confronts when writing with a co-author or co-authors.

Yet, I can’t help but think how it is Justice Scalia had the time to work on these books with Bryan Garner in an time when the Court hears and decides ever fewer cases.

Well Andrew, that’s food for thought but I’m glad they did take the time to write, “Making Your Case” is a good book.

Snarkiness aside, it’s on my to-read list. Even when I don’t agree with Garner (or Justice Scalia, for that matter), his books are entertaining, thoughtful, and helpful.
