Courts which adjudicate Professional Rules of Conduct which they have legislated are adjudicating themselves. The umpire should not have a team on the field. Do you see this as a violations of due process and separation of powers? Should not the Rules of Professional Conduct be enforced by the Executive Branch and only adjudicated by the State Supreme Court? Has anyone addressed this issue?
Thanks
