This case was correctly decided and, indeed, is the only reasonable interpretation of the holdings in Nollan and Dolan.

(It continues to amaze me how the liberals on court are so willing to trash the Fifth Amendment in order to enhance the power to take personal property without paying for it.)

While I agree with Scalia's opinion in this case, I'm curious if you actually read Kagan's dissent? It's legally sound.
