A Tennessee County Agrees to Grant New Protections to Accused Juveniles in Template for Reform

This is not the first time U.S DoJ special litigation division has had to visit Shelby county due to practices and patterns of governmental conduct that subjects individuals to deprivation of Federally protected rights. Perhaps Justice should not be so nice to them any more. I say its time to indict and take away funding. They just don't seem to get the message in Shelby County Tennese.
