I am grateful to the ABA for this initiative. While the program is focused on Chicago and St. Petersburg, are there any attorneys interested in representing me? I was wounded in Afghanistan on June 8th.  My medical review board is set to begin sometime between December and January.  The medical review process seems clear enough, but how exactly the VA determines its ratings is very murky.  Again, I’m still at Walter Reed, so I may be outside this study’s window but I would really appreciate legal representation throughout this ordeal.
