Elwyn (#1): I hope you were joking about killing yourself, but in case you were serious, that is certainly not the way to go. I know the legal market can be rough (it took me 2.5 years to find my first job after law school), but your career is not the end all, be all. Your friends and family are far important and most of all, God loves you. I will pray for you.

Elwyn, if the Texas firms are doing well it means they will be hiring, so an attorney who is eager and willing to learn could possibly get a job there. check it out. K

Wow, that’s so encouraging! And what are those of us who bought into the law school hype who DON’T have energy expertise supposed to do? Now I know for certain the only way out of this mess is to kill myself.
