Honestly, McLeod, there are site policies prohibiting certain crude language, threats of violence, and so forth, but just because there are none requiring a certain level of maturity doesn’t mean your utterly adolescent comment is acceptable. Shame on you.

It’s not just in one’s own office that it’s a problem. I know of a woman who came back from maternity leave, was in depos that opposing counsel noticed of witnesses adverse to her client, and he refused to take a break during the depos so she could pump.
