How ironic that the ethics committee is promoting the unlicensed practice of law. It’s not like recent law graduates and lawyers in general have a hard enough time finding jobs. According to ABA logic, if foreign lawyers can’t take the state bar exam then why not just skip this minor step and let them directly practice here? It’s not like we have a lawyer shortage in America.
