Could the Committee please be a little more vague, equivocal and arbitrary?  Otherwise they might accidentally provide some actual guidance.

Ohio had a case where the JUDGE entered the jury room sans parties , counsel for parties or knowledge by them . The jurors had some questions and the judge chatted with them .

I’ll try to find the appeals court opinion that reversed ☺
