the newspaper said the foreman was cursing! And made another juror cry! I can understand trying to get rid of the foreman if I felt he wasn’t going my way, but it sure doesn’t sound like he’s refusing to deliberate. If anything, it sounds like hardcore deliberating!
If bullying isn’t allowed, there will be a lot less verdicts, probably…
