The elementary school grammarians who make up the Roberts Court majority strike again.  One day this group will be as laughable as the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, but that’s faint consolation to people alive today.

So, now all the State has to do is add as many charges as they can think of, with the hope that the Jury will get hung up somewhere down the list, thus saving their loss on the actual crime they are going after.  This is not a slippery slope, this is a legal water slide.  Can’t you hear the prosecutors shouting, “WHEEEE” as everyone goes down it?
