Another problem with their suit (if they should win) would probably be collectability - I remember hearing that he’s on the hook to lose the money paid to him as bonuses for winning the tours, and he’s probably facing a lot of other legal fees. Odds are, he’ll be broke before the class action folks could collect. And it just seems like a petty suit. You run the risk with EVERY famous person’s autobiography that they are, at best, shading the truth, and at worst, writing self-promoting fiction.

Get over it. You bought a book, that if you read (?), you probably enjoyed. The book came out over a decade ago, even in paperback.
Now you don’t like him. And you just got your 15 minutes of fame.
This kind of stuff brings lawyers a bad name.
