Cannon & Dunphy didn’t actually use Habush’s name or represent itself to be Habush in any way shape or form. The firm was just savvy and smart enough to purchase the rights to appear as a top result when users searched the term “Habush” on certain web search engines. These firms are the 2 largest plaintiff’s firms in Milwaukee. Habush should be ashamed for (a) not thinking of this first, (b) protecting their name by buying the rights, and (c) loosing this case. Too bad for them. I’d certainly think twice about ever hiring them.

Well, it ought to be an ethical violation. This is unseemly practice for attorneys expected to adhere to a higher ethical standard.
