I’d like to read about both, but Anderson & Rubenstein sounds more interesting.

Why aren’t we getting news coverage of the criminal prosecution of Nora Anderson and Seth Rubenstein?
Rubenstein, a trusts and estates attorney, slipped a quarter million dollars into the campaign coffers of his former subordinate lawyer, Anderson, to fund her Surrogate election campaign.
Anderson won and was promptly arrested.
If this scheme had continued, Rubenstein would have been the most successful litigator in estate matters before Surrogate Anderson. He would have prevailed on all motions before her. He would have prevailed in all will contests and would have obtained whopping counsel fees from estate administration and would have obtained stiff sanctions against his adversaries.
This means that innocent attorneys would have been fined once for his fees and twice for payment to the state’s attorney fund for client protection as well as having judicial complaints made to the lawyer’s disciplinary committee.
Fortunately for New York citizens, some brave and knowledgeable individual caught them in the act before serious damage was done.
Why the hell are you writing about Dan Florey?
