@ Andy Patterson: When you are a former Supreme Court clerk you can use “gonna” as many times as you please.

Unless you are planning on an appellate practice career in the Federal courts, or becoming a tenured law professor, a SCOTUS clerkship is ... a SCOTUS clerkship.

Both of the interviewees used “gonna” repeatedly. Is that a good example for law students to use during their job or clerkship interviews?
