Queens Justice: Borough’s DAs Criticized for Probing Suspects Before Miranda Rights

I am not sure why prosecutors who ignore a judge’s finding that the DA’s procedure is unethical, which it surely is, can find any comfort in the fact that the procedure defiantly remains in effect in the Queens County DA office.  Since when can the DA overrule the courts?  One of the most despicable aspects of this case is how the DA’s office and former Judge Bellacosa savagely attacked the integrity of Professor Yaroshefsky and Judge Blumenfeld.

this is a practice often done in ONt. Canada and NY is the only state that recognizes their legal ed degrees. I wonder if this is being done by some of them? For they can only get ahead in the big firms in ONtario if they go to work in NYC.    Someone needs to sue the DA.
