So they think Conn was a con, and may be a con hereafter?

There has been a lot of reporting lately about the evils of the disability system, with little to no mention of those who truly need it (ponder how an 18+ downs syndrome adult gets medical insurance) or the fact that we are forced to pay premiums for Social Security Disability Insurance through our paychecks (Not an entitlement, but full retirement benefits early if disability makes you unable to work equivalent to full-time.) Makes me wonder whose eyeballing the money in the trust fund.

I recall reading, in the last six months, an Internet article positing that "disability" is becoming the new welfare. Apparently more and more people are loading onto the disability system as their alternative to working.

The 60 minutes piece did address those who really need it. The point is that there is a limited amount of money available and the more people get on the rolls fraudulently, the sooner the money will run out for those truly entitled.
