As part of his defense of  PFC Downey and Lance Cpl. Dawson, Lt. Daniel Kaffpeep confronts Col. Nathan Jesspeep about ordering a “CODE RED” that resulted in the death of Peep First Class Santiago.   Col. Jesspeep shows his contempt for the proceedings by launching into a diatribe that begins with him telling Lt. Kaffpeep, “You can’t handle the truth.”
