A well-known Minnesota firm has joined the ever-lengthening list of law partnerships making layoffs because of the dismal economy.

Dunlap & Seeger has cut two attorneys and three staff members, due to a reduction in corporate work, reports the Post-Bulletin. The Rochester, Minn., firm now lists 24 lawyers on its Internet attorney roster.

"As far as I know, there has never been a time that there has been a reduction like this due to the economy," says partner Greg Griffiths.
