When a 44-year-old real estate lawyer and businessman was found murdered last month in a Long Island, N.Y., parking lot, a friend said he believed the killing wasn't random.

Now authorities are alleging that a business connection of attorney James DiMartino, who was reportedly shot in the head in broad daylight, was one of three suspects involved in the crime, reports Newsday. "One of the suspects, Ronald Thornton, 37, is considered a business partner, police said, and he lives a couple of blocks away from DiMartino."

Authorities apparently didn't say whether the other two suspects, Donovan Raysor, 20, and Monique Randall, 19, allegedly had any relationship with DiMartino.

All have been charged with second-degree murder.
