It isn't just in the courtroom that Florida trial lawyer Jake Schickel excels.

His skills in the kitchen have earned the Coker Schickel Sorenson & Posgay founding partner the nickname Jake “The Bake” at his law firm's annual holiday cookie exchange, reports the Jacksonville Daily Record. One winning combination involves crushed potato chips and pretzels in cookies, eliminating the need for nuts.

Another founding partner, however, whipped up a batch of his own cookies for the first time for the Dec. 15 event.

“I found out what the blender does this year,” Howard Coker tells the newspaper. “And I also found out what a powdered hand is. You put flour on your hands so the dough doesn’t stick to them when you are rolling it.”
