Amidst a lull in law firm layoffs in recent days, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges has confirmed that it laid off a small number of employees because of economic conditions.

"A handful of people have been let go for lack of work," partner John Quinn of the renowned business litigation firm tells Above the Law.
