Another Fox Rothschild Merger

Fox Rothschild continues to buck the trend, adding practice areas when other firms are eliminating them in an effort to improve lawyer revenue.
As part of its growth strategy, the Philadelphia law firm has pursued a number of mergers. It has now announced its seventh since 2005, the Legal Intelligencer reports.
It is merging with the three-attorney firm Binder, Kalis & Proctor of Pottstown, Pa., which focuses on corporate, real estate, estate planning and municipal matters. The firm says in a press release that the merger strengthens a number of the firm's practice areas and extends its reach in Pennsylvania.
