10 Lawyers Leap to Hughes Hubbard, Leaving 1 Partner in SNR Denton’s Paris Office

Ten lawyers are poised to leap from the Paris office of SNR Denton to Hughes Hubbard & Reed, leaving exactly one partner at the helm in their soon-to-be-former legal shop.

Among those exiting this week are Paris banking practice leader Sena Agbayissah, a former managing partner of SNR Denton's office there; Stefan Naumann, who is in charge of the Paris technology, media and telecommunications practice; and fellow partner Alain Vincent, who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, reports Legal Week.

The move will add significantly to the Paris attorney roster of Hughes Hubbard, which opened its office in 1966. With the SNR Denton group, it will have about 30 lawyers.

SNR Denton declined to comment but is reportedly considering its options for rebuilding the Paris office.
