An Arizona law student and blogger is seeking donors willing to “sponsor a law kid” for one day.

Writing at her blog The Undeniable Ruth, Ruth Carter says she is a 3L at Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, and she’s reaching out to the online community to help pay for her legal education.

“Sponsor a Law Kid gives anyone who wants to the opportunity to sponsor my legal education for a day,” she writes. “It will run from January 1, 2011, until July 27, 2011—the last day of the Arizona Bar Exam. Each day can have one sponsor.”

The cost for the first day is $1, and then it increases by $1 a day, so that the cost on July 27 is $208.

In exchange for a sponsorship, Carter pledges to tell the world on her blog “how awesome you, your organization, and/or your products are. Also, it will give you a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that you’re part of something awesome.”
