A second group has left the Los Angeles office of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal to practice at Seyfarth Shaw.
Headed by Alan Yoshitake, who joins Seyfarth as a partner, the trusts and estates team also includes Mark Hansen and Edward McCaffery, who will be counsel there, and two associates, the firm reports in a press release.
As discussed in an earlier ABAJournal.com, a nine-lawyer real estate and corporate group made the switch from Sonnenschein's Los Angeles office to Seyfarth's in October.

More firm hopping. Before I turned my back on any of these mercenaries, I’d hire the lady who spent $6,000 to help her cat.

I bet you Sonnenschein closes its doors by July. It sounds like the ship is going under.
