A man upset over a law firm’s representation of his son in a bitter property dispute repeatedly rammed his fuel-packed SUV into a North Georgia law firm on Friday before giving up and tossing a makeshift bomb through a window, a recently released 911 call reveals.

“He keeps ramming the building with his car,” McCamy, Phillips, Tuggle & Fordham employee Teresa Stinnett said to the 911 operator, according to a tape broadcast by WSB TV.

In a chilling account, Stinnett stays on the phone and tells the operator, “He just busted in the window. He’s pouring gas in here.” Then an explosion and screams.

The bomber, Lloyd Sylvester Cantrell, 78, died in the blast. His son’s lawyer, James H. Phillips, who tried to dissuade Cantrell during the attack, was severely injured. Phillips is expected to stay at the Augusta, Ga., burn unit where he was taken for at least a month, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Meanwhile, McCamy Phillips employees are back at work in temporary offices on the third floor of Dalton City Hall, WFLD reports.
