Recent reports that Yelp is suing Comedy Central over a South Park portrayal of the website aren’t true, according to the company.

A satire website had reported that Yelp was suing for $10 million because of a South Park episode that parodied Yelp reviewers and compared them to terrorists. The fake article quoted a purported statement from South Park’s creators who gave the lawsuit “only one star.”

Yelp spokeswoman Kayleigh Winslow tells the San Francisco Business Times that the lawsuit report is “entirely untrue.” Snopes.com also reported on the joke, and pointed to Yelp’s tweet about the report.

“As Abraham Lincoln once said,” Yelp tweeted, “You can’t believe everything you read on the Internet.”
