The actor who played a werewolf on the Twilight Saga is trying to take a bite out of the recreational vehicle dealership that allegedly failed to deliver a $300,000 movie set trailer on time.

Contending that he suffered “displeasure, annoyance and emotional distress” when he wasn’t able to use the trailer on the set of his new Abduction movie, Taylor Lautner is seeking compensatory and punitive damages, reports the Ministry of Gossip blog of the Los Angeles Times.

A copy of the 18-year-old actor’s complaint (PDF), which was filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court, was provided by E! Online.
