A Washington Post reporter who visited the offices of the lawyer representing the alleged D.C. madam expected plush surroundings.

Instead he found that Montgomery Blair Sibley has K Street offices in “what amounts to a broom closet.” It’s next to a building switchboard operator wearing a T-shirt that reads “Where’s my SUGAR DADDY?” In suburban Montgomery County, his office is a locked room in the basement with a note asking that deliveries be left at a mental health office upstairs.

Sibley has more than just landlord problems, according to the Post report. Since his divorce, he has sued the Florida Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Florida has dubbed him a vexatious litigant and restricted divorce-related filings. The Atlanta-based 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said his suits amounted to a “multi-headed leviathan of meritless litigation.”

Sibley says he maintains a virtual law office and that his divorce case exposed court system abuses.
