The woman who accused Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment will be working part-time at the Washington, D.C., law firm Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll.

Anita Hill will be of counsel to the firm’s civil rights and employment practice group, according to The BLT: The Blog of Legal Times. She will also remain at Brandeis, where she is a professor of social policy, law and women’s studies.

Hill told The BLT she hopes to bring her perspective on systemic discrimination to the law firm. Joseph Sellers, who chairs the firm’s civil rights and practice group, tells the blog he expects Hill to help with litigation strategy and nonmonetary remedies.

“She brings a new dimension to the way we will practice law at the firm,” he said.
