Yet another partner is leaving Heller Ehrman, said to be experiencing a rough patch that led it to fire 65 support staffers.

The latest to leave is corporate lawyer Kyle Guse. He will join McDermott Will & Emery, where he plans to take his biotech and tech clients, Legal Pad reports. Yesterday, ABAJournal.com noted that two key partners were leaving Heller Ehrman.

Guse said he looks forward to working at a firm that is growing its corporate practice. “To me the process of building is exciting and I want to be at a place where I can build and grow instead of a place where I would be a cog and just plug in and go,” he told the blog.
