Jan Douglas Atlas, the managing partner of the Fort Lauderdale office of Yoss is poised to depart with “several” other lawyers from the firm, reports the South Florida Business Journal, relying on information from unidentified sources.

The publication could not reach him for comment and reports that a law firm reception said voice mail for the Fort Lauderdale office is down.

Managing partner George Yoss declined to comment. However, he said earlier this week that more layoffs were imminent, the article says.
