An Arizona bankruptcy lawyer who formerly worked as a prosecutor in South Dakota reportedly has been charged with manslaughter in a stabbing case.

Details are sketchy, but KPHO, a local CBS News affiliate, reports that a manslaughter indictment against Daniel Gukeisen, 37, who operates a bankruptcy firm in Tempe, was announced today by the Maricopa County Attorney's office.

Authorities contend Gukeisen stabbed 22-year-old Garrett Hohn in September after an early-morning argument in which the alleged victim and a friend awakened Gukeisen, the article recounts. "Minutes later, Hohn was found stabbed, and he died at the hospital, police said."
